At AI Motion Control, we strive to provide our users with the best experience possible. We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refund requests are only applicable to subscription credits and must be made within 3 days of your initial purchase.
Credit packages (add-on credits) are non-refundable.
If you have used more than 50 subscription credits, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time since purchase.
If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund for subscription credits, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at support@aimotioncontrol.org
Provide Details: Include your account email, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
Submit Within 3 Days: Ensure your request is submitted within 3 days of your purchase
Tip: Credit packages are non-refundable.
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome soon. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that the refund amount may be subject to a processing fee not exceeding six percent (6%) of the initial payment.
If you have questions about applicable fees or require further details, please contact our customer service team via support@aimotioncontrol.org for assistance.
Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. If you have a billing concern, please contact our support team before filing a dispute.
